As a Plumber Helper, you will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of plumbing and the ability to follow instructions. You will work under the supervision of a skilled plumber and ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and stored. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
  • Transport tools and materials to job sites. 
  • Prepare work areas for installations and repairs. 
  • Help with cutting, bending, and threading pipes. 
  • Clear blockages from drains. 

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Bono Plumbing is hiring for multiple positions, including journeyman plumbers. We value the contributions of our journeyman plumbers and provide opportunities for further growth in the field. 

Journeyman plumbers have completed their 5-year apprenticeship and moved to the next stage of their career. They are now eligible to take the journeyman test and perform more advanced procedures. This phase is all about gaining experience through work, with always something new to learn. 

To become a journeyman plumber, you must complete an apprenticeship under the guidance of a journeyman or master plumber. In Missouri, this takes a minimum of 5 years from the date of initiation into an apprenticeship program with the St. Louis County Plumbing Board. Afterward, you can take the Journeyman plumber test and earn your license. 

New journeyman plumbers are welcome to join Bono Plumbing. We offer good pay, benefits, and the satisfaction of helping others while advancing your career. Apply through the employment application on our site. 

Master Plumbers play a crucial role at Bono Plumbing. They supervise journeyman and apprentice plumbers and perform advanced procedures. If you are a master plumber, your skills are needed here. 

Master plumbers have extensive experience and knowledge, qualifying them to supervise others. With years of on-the-job plumbing, they have grown by encountering and solving new problems. 

In Missouri, you must spend an additional 2 years after passing the journeyman test to qualify for the master plumbing test. Typically, it takes longer as continuous growth is essential in plumbing. Even after 10 years, there is always more to learn.

The position of Social Media Manager at Bono Plumbing involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence, engage target audiences, and drive brand awareness. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee content creation, community management, and analytics to ensure effective social media campaigns that align with the company’s goals. A Client Manager position will be taking care of our members and anything to do with the memberships. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms. 
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and graphics. 
  • Manage and schedule social media posts, maintaining a consistent posting schedule and optimizing content for different platforms and audiences. 
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and industry developments to inform content creation and strategy adjustments. 
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster positive relationships with the online community. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives. 
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization. 
  • Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to continually improve social media strategies. 
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar and collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality content production.

  • Work as dispatcher intermittently throughout the day to ensure coverage.

  • Monitor and manage lead requests from platforms like BBB, Angi’s Leads, Facebook and Next Door. 
  • Respond promptly to and professionally to both positive and negative reviews on Google, Yelp, Next Door, and Facebook. 
  • Conduct research on reviews rated less than 5 stars to identify process failures and areas for improvement. 
  • Escalate reviews or issues to upper management for immediate attention. 
  • Adopt an attitude of continuous improvement – strive to continuously improve upon performance by upgrading skills and encouraging higher levels of performance from yourself and team members, in support of company objectives. 

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus. 
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio highlighting successful social media campaigns and content. 
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule, monitor, and analyze social media activities. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling and engaging social media content. 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas, campaigns, and strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and data to drive strategy improvements. 
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple social media channels, campaigns, and content production. 
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
